Note that all items are made by hand, and therefore allow 14 working business (M-F) days for most items to ship,on larger orders the time frame is subject to change. Allow an additional time for your order to arrive. All orders are generally shipped by USPS because we feel that it is the most cost efficient for our customers. Unsolicited returns will not be processed. Returns must be made within 5 days of delivery. Items must be returned new, unused, and in original packaging with a receipt. Shipping fees and gift wrap fees are non-refundable. GIFT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE
